Women’s Health
We provide a full range of services for women including but not limited to menopause checkup clinics, cervical cancer screening, breast cancer screening, menstrual disorders, STD screening.
Men’s Health
Our practice offers a full range of medical services for men of all ages. We focus on prevention rather than cure and our comprehensive wellman examinations help to spot any initial signs of disease.
Children’s Health
We realise that while keeping your children safe from major illnesses is crucial. We are able to provide you with all childhood vaccinations and other children’s health services.
Pregnancy care
Here at Greystones Medical Centre, we are fortunate to be able to provide Midwifery- led antenatal care. Our midwives are all registered midwives with many years of experience. Women have the option of attending our midwives combined with their chosen Maternity hospital.
Family Planning
We are happy to advise patients on the types and suitability of various contraceptive methods. These methods include a full range of contraceptive advice including all methods of contraception and can provide both Implanon (implant) and Mirena coil insertion services. Health Screening
We offer comprehensive health screen services including, but not limited to: Blood testing, Height/weight/body mass index, ECG testing, Pulmonary function test, Cervical smear, Blood pressure both initial and 24-hour monitoring available.
Minor Surgery
We perform a wide range of minor surgery and procedures in house, avoiding the need to visit hospital. Most procedures fully covered by Private Health Insurance.
Seasonal Flu Vaccinations
Greystones medical centre provides the annual flu vaccination.
STI Screening
At Greystones Medical Centre we offer comprehensive screening tests for STI’s. Our staff is highly trained and will deal with you in a respectful sensitive manner. All consultations are highly confidential.

About
Audrey and Carol form our great nursing/midwifery team, located on the ground floor in the Nurses Suite, they provide a wide and varied Nursing Services at our new Greystones Medical Centre on the Mill road. Opening from 8am until 6pm.
Nursing Services
Phlebotomy/ STI Screening, Blood Pressure checks, 24 hour Blood Pressure monitoring, Spirometry, Wound management, ECG recording, Ear lavage and general health promotion.
Midwifery-led Antenatal Care
Greystones Medical Centre is delighted to offer Midwifery-led Antenatal Care. From bump to baby, Carol and Audrey will carefully monitor the growth and well being of your precious bundle. Once born, babies attend the nurse/midwife for a free health check at 2 weeks of life. At 2 months of age, the immunisation schedule begins.
Cervical Screening
Both nurses are registered smeartakers with The National Cervical Screening Programme and invite all eligible women to attend for a free smear test.
The Diabetic Clinic
Other dedicated nurse-led clinics include an Under 6 Asthma Management Programme and a Diabetic Clinic. The Diabetic Clinic is open to all individuals that have Type II Diabetes and carry a valid medical card.
